Portable Vacuum Sandblast Machine 60m sandblasting Hose Apply For Repairing Ship
Vacuum, or dust free blasting is ideal for spot repairs, welding seams and/or in-situ blasting in working environments where dust- and abrasive pollution is to be avoided.
As the actual blasting is sealed off by a brush head, dust and abrasives are immediately vacuumed by a powerful suction unit. The separator and silo fully recycle the collected, used abrasives. The automatically contained dust can be simply discharged. TS Machinery’s vacuum blasting is a safe blasting solution for confined or critical areas (with a lower working speed compared to ‘open’ blasting).

How does it work?
The TS Machinery machine mixes abrasive particles with compressed air to allow them to be blown on to the work surface at high speed which strips back the paint and other contaminants to original surface and all residues are contained and vacuumed back into the system. The system can also operate at low pressure ranging from 58-100 psi.
The heavy particles are separated from the dust; the particles are then allowed to fall into a collection drum. The mullet-cartridge dust collector captures the fine dust allowing it to fall into the collection drum and the air then passes through a filter to ensure that the discharge air is clean. With no moving parts, this air powered venturi system is the ultimate in reliability.
1. 100% dust free operation because of fully automated blasting & vacuum start/stop sequence
2. Clean, abrasive free object surface after blasting
3. No time-loss through automatic filter cleaning and dust discharge
4. Easy disposal of collected dust in dust hole
5. Unit can be relocated and/or transported easily
6. Wide range of brushes to fit all (flat, cornered, radiused) surfaces
Better Blasting Value
1. Long(er) uninterrupted blasting sessions because of 150 or 300 liter blast pots
2. Suited for steel grit
3. Spare parts can be simply removed for quick maintenance
4. Units are easily demounted in smaller parts for use in contained spaces (ships, tanks, etc.)
5. Hose lengths up to 60 meters
No dust and contamination which are collected in plastic bags for safe disposal
Closed circuit blasting saves on abrasive costs
Vacuum Blasting In Process
A. Check the recycle system, electrical system and spare parts, if they are broken, repair or change them.
B. Check every pressure gauge regularly.
C. Check if the hose, tube and cable protective layer is broken, change them if anything is broken.
D. Check the usage of fan, add lubricant in the fan regularly.
E. If the machine is under the status of rest, please put the machine in the area of dry and ventilated places, avoid direct sunlight.
